Aimee Stone

Professional Biography

Aimee L. Stone’s practice consists primarily of estate planning, tax, probate and business law.   Ms. Stone advises clients regarding estate and incapacity planning; federal estate, gift and income tax issues; probate, trust and guardianship administrations; and the formation, operation, merger, purchase and sale of business entities.  She is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.  She is licensed in Texas, having graduated from Baylor University School of Law.  Ms. Stone received her LL.M. in Taxation from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law.   Her memberships include the State Bar of Texas, where she serves as the Probate Editor of the General Practice Digest.  She is active in the local legal community and currently serves as the President of the Tarrant County Probate Bar Association.

Aimee Stone

Personal Biography

Aimee is a seventh-generation Texan, and has strong ties to the Tarrant County community.  Aimee and her husband Chris are members of the Church on Rush Creek in Mansfield, where they teach Sunday school and are active in a small group Bible study.  Aimee and Chris have one son and are active in their son's school activities.  Aimee is also a member of the Rotary Club of Mansfield, Fort Worth/Tarrant County A&M Club and the Texas A&M University Association of Former Students Century Club.
