Professional Biography

B. Frank Cain has practiced law in Fort Worth for more than 37 years and has extensive experience in many types of litigation including commercial litigation of various types, eminent domain/condemnation actions, oil and gas litigation, complex arbitration matters, plaintiff and defendant product liability actions, bankruptcy litigation and insurance defense.  Due to his broad experience, and problem solving abilities, Mr. Cain is also called upon to serve as a mediator from time to time.  His practice also includes the negotiation and preparation of energy related documents and agreements and he also has significant experience in representing associations. 

Overall, what Mr. Cain offers clients is a broad range of experience and expertise, a lawyer whose core values were learned growing up in a small town in the Texas Panhandle, and a lawyer who makes a sincere effort to achieve the best result for his client in every matter he handles, regardless of the size and complexity of the matter or the amount of money involved.  Mr. Cain is licensed in Texas, having graduated from the University of Texas, School of Law.   He is a member of the American Bar Association, Tarrant County Bar Association, State Bar of Texas, Tarrant County Bar Foundation and is a Texas Bar Foundation Life Fellow.

Personal Biography

Frank has long been involved in community activities, including past service as a Director of Juliette Fowler Homes, Inc., Board Member and President of Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Tarrant County and Committee Chairman of the (formerly named) MasterCard/Colonial Charity Event benefiting Cook Children’s Hospital.  He is also an alumnus of the Leadership Fort Worth program.
