Professional Biography

Brian Sheguit  represents major insurance carriers as well as policyholders in a wide range of litigation matters.  Those matters involve multiple policy lines including commercial, personal, D & O, and professional liability.  Within those policy lines, Mr. Sheguit's practice focuses on bad faith claims, declaratory actions regarding policy coverage, business income loss claims, professional negligence claims, product liability claims, and premises liability claims. 

He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas.  He is licensed in Texas, having graduated from Texas Tech University School of Law.  Mr. Sheguit's professional memberships include the Tarrant County Bar Association, the Dallas County Bar Association, the Tarrant County Young Lawyers Association and the Dallas County Young Lawyers Association.
