Professional Biography

Catherine H. Goodman has concentrated her 17 year practice in estate planning, probate, guardianship and related litigation matters.  Ms. Goodman is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.  She is licensed in Texas, having graduated from Baylor University School of Law.  Ms. Goodman is active in various local bar associations and committees, and served as past President of the Tarrant County Probate Bar Association.  She speaks often for state and local bar associations on issues involving estate planning, probate, guardianship and related litigation matters.
