Professional Biography

Charles N. Curry concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate law, real estate and banking & financial institutions. For more than 25 years, Mr. Curry has represented numerous lenders in foreclosures, workouts, forbearance agreements, loan modifications, assumptions, and asset and REO sales. He is licensed to practice in Texas, having graduated from the University of Texas Law School.  Mr. Curry is a member of the Texas College of Real Estate Attorneys, State Bar of Texas (Real Estate, Probate and Trust, Financial Institutions and Business Law Sections).  He was a founding director of the Texas Association of Bank Counsel and served two terms as Director for that Association.  Mr. Curry is also a Life Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation.
