Professional Biography

Christopher G. Lyster’s diverse practice has allowed him the opportunity to represent clients in cases involving a broad spectrum of commercial litigation, such as breach of contract, banking and finance, energy and environmental issues.  In addition to his commercial practice, Mr. Lyster has also represented clients in professional liability litigation and probate and trust litigation.  He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Western Districts of Texas and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit.  Mr. Lyster is licensed in Texas, having graduated from Texas Tech University School of Law. He is a member of member of the State Bar of Texas (Consumer Law and Litigation Sections), the American Bar Association (Tort, Insurance and Coverage Sections), the Tarrant County Bar Association and the Texas Association of Defense Counsel.

Personal Biography

Chris has been active in both professional organizations and community organizations.  He has been extremely active with the Fort Worth Soccer Association over the past 20 years, including serving as a past President and as a coach.  In addition to his community activities, Chris and his wife actively participate with their children’s sporting and musical endeavors.  In Chris’ spare time, his personal interest include, boating and hiking.
