Dan A. White has a broad experience in a variety of areas of the law including real estate, oil and gas, entity formation and governance, securities, mergers and acquisitions and other general business matters. Mr. White is board certified in Commercial and Residential Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas and the U. S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit. Mr. White is licensed in Texas, having graduated from Texas Tech University School of Law. He is on the Board of Directors of the Tarrant County Bar Association, a member of the State Bar of Texas (Business Law, Oil, Gas and Energy Resources, Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law Sections), Arlington Bar Association, the Texas Bar Foundation and a Charter Fellow of the Tarrant County Bar Foundation.
