Professional Biography

H. Brandon Jones is experienced in the areas of bankruptcy, reorganization and creditor’s rights, business torts and commercial litigation.  Mr. Jones’ practice includes representation of lenders in Single Asset Real Estate (SARE) bankruptcies and other matters involving real estate assets, including loan restructurings and workouts.  He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas.  Mr. Jones is licensed in Texas, having graduated from Texas Tech University School of Law.  He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Vice Chairman of the Tarrant County Bar Association’s Energy Section and a member of its Bankruptcy Section.
