Keith Ogle focuses on commercial litigation, appellate law, and general civil litigation. Mr. Ogle represents a variety of clients, including banks, oil and gas producers, insurers, and other entities and individuals involved in commercial, energy, and insurance disputes, in both federal and state courts in Texas. He is licensed in Texas, having graduated from Baylor University School of Law. Before coming to Shannon Gracey, Mr. Ogle clerked for Justice Anne Gardner at the Fort Worth Court of Appeals.

(reversing and rendering judgment of dismissal based on defense of governmental immunity in case involving attempted nullification of governmental contract)
Toor v. PNC Bank Nat’l Ass’n, 05-11-00012-CV, 2012 WL 3637284 (Tex. App.–Dallas Aug. 24, 2012, no pet. h.) (mem. op.) (affirming the lender’s deficiency judgment and agreeing with the lender that the commercial guarantors’ contractual waivers of offset claims were valid and enforceable)
Rooters v. State Farm Lloyds, No. 10-10943, 428 Fed. Appx. 441, 2012 WL 2437807 (5th Cir. 2011), cert. denied, 132 S. Ct. 1039, 181 L. Ed. 2d 740 (2012) (affirming take nothing summary judgment on contractual and extra-contractual claims arising from alleged mold damages)
State Farm Bank, F.S.B. v. Manheim Auto. Fin. Servs., Inc., Civil No. 3:10-CV-519-L, 2010 WL 3156008 (N.D. Tex. Aug. 2, 2010) (obtaining dismissal of floor plan lender’s negligence counterclaims)
Holland v. EOG Res., Inc., No. 10-09-153-CV, 2010 WL 1078480 (Tex. App.–Waco Mar. 24, 2010, no pet.) (mem. op.) (affirming summary judgment granted in EOG’s favor that Plaintiffs take nothing on a breach of contract claim).

Moseley v. Omega OB-GYN Assocs. of S. Arlington, No. 2-06-291-CV, 2008 WL 2510638 (Tex. App.–Fort Worth Jun. 19, 2008, pet. denied) (mem. op.) (reversing trial court, leading to the dismissal of plaintiff’s claims alleging she was a partner and not merely an employee)

Defended hundreds of mold, foundation, and hurricane homeowner’s lawsuits involving allegations of bad faith
Obtained injunctive relief on behalf of client seeking to enjoin former employees from misappropriating proprietary business information
Represented multiple related companies against twenty-six plaintiff companies in a complex business tort action
Defended lawyers and law firms against claims of professional negligence
Defended numerous personal injury disputes
Successfully persuaded opposing counsel to nonsuit a personal injury claim before our client incurred any discovery expense.

Personal Biography
Keith was born and raised in Fort Worth and is proud to remain connected to Fort Worth. He has devoted time to Habitat for Humanity, the North Hi Mount Neighborhood Association, and other local civic and professional groups. Keith is married to Heather, a local veterinarian, and they are proud parents of a daughter.
