Professional Biography
Mark W. Romney has extensive litigation and management consultation experience in commercial and complex matters including trade secret and intellectual property protection, licensing, international business and arbitration, ERISA, fiduciary litigation, contracts, antitrust, UCC, insurance bad-faith, securities, state and federal racketeering, accounting malpractice, construction, OSHA, product liability, personal injury, software development, multi-level marketing and contract litigation.
Mr. Romney is admitted to practice before the State Bars of Texas, Arizona and New Mexico, the U.S. District Courts of Arizona and the Northern, Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is licensed in Texas and New Mexico, having graduated from University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law. He is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Texas, Dallas Bar Association, Tarrant County Bar Association, U.S.-Mexico Bar Association and Board of Directors of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society Member.
