Nathan Winkler

Professional Biography

Nathan A. Winkler is an associate in the Litigation Section at Shannon Gracey.  Mr. Winkler has experience in every aspect of developing a case for trial, from answer through discovery and dispositive motions.  The majority of his practice is in insurance litigation, in which cases he has evaluated insurer liability, in addition to evaluating the procedural and evidentiary issues and common affirmative defenses that might arise in any type of litigation.  Mr. Winkler also has been involved in trust litigation, consumer protection litigation, and landlord-tenant disputes.  He is licensed in Texas, having graduated from Baylor Law School where he served on the executive board of the Baylor Law Review in the capacity of Business Editor.  Mr. Winkler interned with Supreme Court of Texas Justice Don R. Willett and clerked in the Bankruptcy and Collections division of the Office of the Attorney General of Texas.
