Professional Biography

Patrick J. Maher offers extensive experience in labor and employment law.  Mr. Maher is Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas, the Northern, Central and Eastern Districts of California and the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the 5th, 8th and 9th Circuits.  Mr. Maher is licensed in California and Texas, having graduated from the University of Texas, School of Law.  He is past chair of both the State Bar of Texas’ Labor and Employment Section and the Tarrant County Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Law Section.  Mr. Maher is the only Texas attorney to be elected to the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers in 2010.
