Paul F. Gianni's diverse practice includes commercial litigation, corporate and intellectual property. Mr. Gianni’s corporate practice involves counseling clients on transactions and a wide array of general business matters. His litigation experience and practice is diverse and client driven, encompassing a broad spectrum of commercial litigation including complex business disputes, intellectual property controversies, probate and trust litigation, ERISA fiduciary litigation, contract disputes and general civil litigation.

Mr. Gianni’s intellectual property practice includes advising clients in planning and implementing intellectual property strategies incorporating trademarks, copyrights, non-disclosure/non-competition agreements and trade secret protection tailored to the client’s business goals. He also assists clients in their acquisition, licensing and transferring of intellectual property and also counsels clients on maintaining and protecting their intellectual property assets and portfolios. Mr. Gianni’s trademark practice includes all aspects of trademark law, including counseling and assisting clients regarding the selection, registration, licensing and transfer of trademarks as well as advising clients regarding the avoidance of infringement risks. His intellectual property litigation experience includes representing and advising clients in trademark litigation in state and federal courts and before the Trademark Trial and Appeals Board of the United States Patent and Trademark Office and representing and advising clients in litigation involving the misappropriation of trade secrets and the enforcement of non-disclosure and non-compete agreements.

Mr. Gianni is licensed in Texas, having graduated from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Mr. Gianni is a member of the the State Bar of Texas, American Bar Association and Tarrant County Bar Association.
