Professional Biography

Rachel L. Wright practices in the areas of general litigation, commercial litigation, and personal injury defense, with concentrations in business torts and toxic tort defense.  Rachel represents clients throughout North Texas in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts, and brings to her clients comprehensive legal experience for every stage of litigation, from pre-suit demands to post-judgment collections.

Ms. Wright is admitted to practice before all Texas state courts and the District Court for the Northern District of Texas.  She is licensed in Texas, having graduated from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where she served as an editor for SMU’s International Law Review and Chief Counsel in the school’s Consumer Advocacy Clinic.  Ms. Wright is a member of the Texas Bar Association, Tarrant County Bar Association and Arlington Bar Association.
