Professional Biography

Richard A. Lowe has substantial experience in mergers and acquisitions, public and private company finance, venture capital, international transactions, start-up companies and health organizations.  Mr. Lowe is licensed in both Texas and California, having graduated from the University of California, Davis, School of Law.  Professional memberships include the State Bar of Texas (Business and Health Law Sections), the American Bar Association (Business Law Section, Private Equity and Venture Capital Committee, International Law Section and Health Law Section), the Dallas Bar Association (Business Law, International Law and Health Law Sections) and Tarrant County Bar Association.

Rich has devoted considerable time to more than a half dozen civic and charitable organizations in the greater Tarrant County Area.  He is currently serving on the Executive Board of Big Brothers Big Sisters Lone Star, Foundation Board, Big Brothers Big Sisters Lone Star Foundation, Secretary, Big Brothers Big Sisters Lone Star Foundation, Tarrant County Co-Chair of Big Brothers Big Sisters Children in Crisis Capital Campaign, Past President of the Board, Big Brother Big Sisters of Arlington, Board of Directors and Secretary of Camp Thurman and Board of Regents, the Oakridge School.
