Sam Rosen

Professional Biography

Sam Rosen has extensive experience working with clients on corporate and securities law, mergers and acquisitions, employment issues and business reorganizations. His competitive strength lies in his ability to blend his understanding of capital markets with a grasp for complex legal issues.  Mr. Rosen is licensed in Texas, having graduated from Southern Methodist, Dedman School of Law (LL.B).  He served as attorney to the Securities and Exchange Commission, Chair of the Committee on Securities and Investment Banking Law and of the formerly named Corporation, State Bar of Texas’ Banking and Business Law Section (now known as the Business Law Section).  He is also a Life Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation.

Sam has committed a considerable amount of time as an advisor and influencer in the Tarrant County business community.  Currently, he serves on the board of directors of AZZ, Incorporated, and GAINSCO, Inc.
