Professional Biography

Tommy Fisher is a trial lawyer with more than 20 years of experience representing clients in complex civil litigation.  Mr. Fisher’s work encompasses a variety of areas including oil and gas litigation, intellectual property, business torts, ERISA, securities fraud and general civil litigation.  He has represented both plaintiff and defendants before the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit.  Mr. Fisher is licensed in Texas, having graduated from Louisiana State University School of Law.  Mr. Fisher is a member of the Dallas Bar Association, Tarrant County Bar Association, State Bar of Texas and the Texas Association of Defense Counsel.
