Professional Biography

Wesly C. Maness offers extensive experience in construction law, commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution.  Mr. Maness is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas.  He is licensed in Texas, having graduated from Baylor University School of Law.  Mr. Maness is a member of the State Bar of Texas (Construction Law Section) the Dallas Bar Association (Construction Section), Forum Committee on the Construction Industry, Associated Builders & Contractors, Greater Fort Worth Builders Association, American Institute of Architects, American Bar Association, Fort Worth Bar Association, Tarrant County Bar Association and is a Board Member of the Arlington Bar Association.  He was also a former member of the QUOIN Technology Committee.
