Professional Biography

Wilbourn T. Woodward is a trial attorney in the firm’s Litigation Group.   Mr. Woodward’s experience is primarily defending clients against personal injury actions involving premises liability, products liability and automobile accidents.  He’s also worked in the areas of Texas workers’ compensation law, tort litigation, professional liability defense, maritime law, and commercial litigation. Mr. Woodward is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court of the Southern And Eastern Districts of Texas.  He is licensed in Texas, having graduated from University of Houston Law Center, where he was an articles editor for the Houston Business & Tax Law Journal.
