Shannon Gracey Law Firm Expands in Hospitality

Shannon Gracey LLP, a North Texas law firm known for its litigation experience, has launched a hospitality group to broaden its scope of legal services.  The Fort Worth-based firm has hired noted hospitality attorney Rick Barrett to head the group. Barrett, based out of the firm’s Dallas office, oversees 17 attorneys based out of offices in Dallas, Fort Worth and Austin, he said.  Barrett has more than 25 years of experience dealing with complex commercial real estate transactions and real estate disputes, with an emphasis on the hospitality industry.
