Successful commercial litigator to add depth to practice

For nearly 20 years, Lisa Vaughn has been a successful commercial litigator, representing business interests in a broad range of disputes. Cases have included breaches of contract, business torts, employment disputes, intellectual property protection, partnership disputes, personal injury, real estate disputes, shareholder disputes, and oil and gas-related disputes. As a result of her expertise, Ms. Vaughn has been a frequent instructor on trial advocacy techniques at CLE programs around the country for more than a decade.
Ms. Vaughn's practice also includes "litigation mitigation" in which she drafts agreements, contracts, and procedures that can minimize or avoid lawsuits.
Ms. Vaughn earned her J.D., with honors, from The Ohio State University College of Law in 1991, where she was managing editor for The Ohio State Law Journal and was judged by Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia to be “Best Oral Advocate.”
