Shannon Gracey Adds New Litigation Partner in Dallas

FORT WORTH, Texas – May 12, 2009- Shannon, Gracey, Ratliff & Miller, LLP, announced today that Jerry L. Butler has joined its Dallas office as a partner, expanding its commercial litigation group. Jerry brings a depth of trial and appellate experience in the areas of banking/creditor rights, insurance coverage/bad faith, product liability, toxic tort, medical malpractice and workplace safety.

Jerry is admitted to practice in Texas, United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas. He has a BBA from Texas A&M and a JD from Baylor University. Jerry is a member of the Dallas Bar Association and the Dallas A&M Club.
Jerry’s arrival marks the third attorney to join the firm in the last few months. Tammi J. Enochs joined Shannon Gracey’s Houston office as an associate in their commercial litigation group and Jennifer Trillsch joined the Dallas office as an associate to support the commercial & intellectual property litigation groups.
