The Health Care Group at Shannon Gracey is armed with more than 30 years experience representing health care providers, with particular emphasis on physicians and their ancillary and supporting businesses including ambulatory surgical centers, diagnostic and treatment centers, home health agencies, and imaging centers, among others.  Our attorneys assist clients with the Patient Protection and Affordability Act, Stark and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).  We help clients with compliance plan drafting, licensure and certifications, reimbursement issues, third party payor agreements, medical records, management issues, government agreements, purchase and lease agreements, and the operation of ancillary service facilities.
