The Labor and Employment Group assists clients by providing advice and representation relating to all aspects of labor and employment law, including discrimination and harassment, wage and hour disputes, union-management relations, employment policies, medical accommodation and leave rights, employment agreements, severance agreements, executive compensation, privacy, noncompetition, health and safety and whistle blower issues. Our attorneys also provide management training on subjects such as sexual harassment, diversity and disability rights and counsel through specific disciplinary actions and other potential employment disputes.

- Litigation / Alternative Dispute Resolution / Appellate - Our Labor and Employment Group has extensive experience in matters arising in state, federal and administrative proceedings, collective bargaining negotiations, litigation in state and federal courts and proceedings before such government agencies as the National Labor Relations Board, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Department of Labor and the Texas Workforce Commission. Our attorneys devote a significant part of their practice serving as neutrals in arbitrations, mediations and other forms of alternate dispute resolution.
