Shannon Gracey regularly evaluates the business opportunities and potential synergies that lateral hires offer. Qualified lateral candidates are considered on an individualized basis. And we’re always looking for accomplished law students to join our firm.
We have limited summer clerkship positions available which allow qualified law students to experience our firm first hand. Performance in undergraduate school and law school, participation on law review, moot court, mock trial, client counseling, and other activities, as well as a candidate's maturity, are all considered. Because our lawyers interact with clients early in their careers, considerable emphasis is placed on an associate's ability to communicate and relate to others in a professional manner. Many of Shannon Gracey's attorneys have participated in judicial clerkships before joining the firm.
